Dave and I worked together on many different visualizations, simulations, and XR projects over a 25-year period at two different General Dynamics companies. Dave always produced a thoughtful and quality products. He was always pushing the envelope with available technology, showing what could be done in the new digital design world. Our companies were at the forefront of large-scale digital design, so we had to trailblaze new paths for visualization, design review, and M&S. As technologies matured Dave was always on the edge looking for new applications and making things that worked in the real world.

Over the years Dave and I have become good friends. We have shared interests and values on and off the field. As Dave transitions to his new independent role, I would strongly recommend him for any projects working with new technologies and concepts. He is uniquely skilled in portraying and visually demonstrating difficult concepts and new ideas.

David's passion for technology and innovation is awesome to be around. He's a terrific organizational asset when it comes to IRAD, the development/implementation of advanced technologies, and the integration 3D - especially in manufacturing environments.

I had the immense pleasure of working with David at Bath Iron Works Shipbuilding for many years. Dave is an out-of-the-box thinker who is driven to provide cutting-edge solutions to problems using the newest technology available. He has an uncanny ability to command topics both at a high level (e.g., the state of Augmented Reality, Additive Manufacturing, 3D Laser Scanning, 3D Projection, etc.,) and his ability to drill down to talk (and develop) code with the technologists. He applied sophisticated aerospace 3D mixed reality projection techniques which transformed ship construction. Not only did Dave scan the technology realm to efficiently locate the most promising subcontractors, but he quickly became the expert working with the subcontractors to modify their product to meet the need for the highly complex application to shipbuilding. Dave is highly intelligent, has a remarkable work ethic, and has deep intellectual knowledge. Dave is a true leader and is an incredible asset to the organization.
